Like most patriotic programs of the war years, Keep'em Rolling had its pick of top screen and stage talent, free of charge. The opening show had Maurice Evans in a short dramatic version of Valley Forge, by Maxwell Anderson. Ethel Merman also appeared. Subsequent plays were by such writers as Paul Gallico, Pearl Buck, Lillian Hellman, and Arch Obler. _{John Dunning}
